- 聯合国最高司令官司令部 指令第二号 千九百四十五年九月三日 (外務省訳) 陸軍修正 第一章 総則 イ 日本帝国政府及日本帝国大本営ハ茲ニ本指令ニ揚クル聯合国最高司令官ノ要求ニ付所要ニ応シ自ラ之ニ従ヒ又ハ之ニ応セシムル様保証スルコトヲ指令セラル ロ 本指令並ニ之ニ伴ヒ必要ナルコト判明スルコトアルヘキ日本帝国政府及日本帝国大本営ノ敷衍的訓令ハ日本国本土並ニ対馬島、北緯三十八度以南ノ朝鮮及琉球ヲ含ム隣接海岸諸島ニ在ル日本国及日本国ノ支配下ニ在ル軍隊並ニ当該行政機関ニ適用セラルヘシ ハ 本指令ニ依ツテ課セラレタル要請事項ハ指示セラレタル事項ニ付其ノ適用範囲内ニ於テ聯合国最高司令官ニ依ル占領軍ノ迅速且秩序アル設置ヲ容易
