- 昭和二十年一月二十四日 部隊長統率図上戦術案 森第六八二八部隊 来レハ尚結構テアル 七、現地人ト寝食作業等ヲ共ニシテ自ラ現地人ノ真ノ生活ニ触レ彼等ノ気持ヲ把握スル様ニ努メヨ 八、「ビルマ」人(特ニ有力者)ニ報酬トシテ露骨ニ金品ヲヤルヨリ寧ロ贈品トシテ家族ヘ僧侶団体ハ金品ヲ贈ル＠良イ。 九、現地人ノ＠＠宗教習慣等ハ之ヲ尊重シテヤレ、寺ヲ荒スナ時々礼拝シテヒルト彼等ハ大変感激スル掠奪強刕暴行ハ絶体ニスルナ 十、皇道ニ基キ常ニ事ノ理由ヲ明ニセヨ 特ニ民衆ノ不平ラ心妾ク＠キ彼我ノ考ヲ認メタル時ハ速カニ之ヲ是正セヨ此ノ際一時ノ感情ニ走リ自分ノ要求ヲ無理ニ強ヒルコトヲ慎 十一、最＠宜伝滲透(敵性ヲ有スル住民)
