- 朕帝国陸軍復員要領ヲ制定シ之カ施行ヲ命ス 御名 御璽 昭和二十年八月十八日 陸軍大臣 稔彦王 軍令陸甲第百十六号 帝国陸軍復員要領 第一条 本要領ハ帝国陸軍部隊ノ復員復帰及陸軍平時編制部隊ノ閉鎖ヲ含ム以下同シニ関スル事項ヲ定ム 第二条 復員スヘキ部隊ハ帝国全陸軍部隊トス 第三条 復員実施ノ細部ニ関シテハ陸軍大臣、参謀総長協議決定スルモノトス 帝国陸軍部隊復員＠＠＠＠＠＠(案) 第一条 本細則ハ帝国陸軍部隊復員要領以下要領ト略称シ復員トアルハ復帰及陸軍平時＠＠部隊ノ閉鎖ヲ含ムニ＠キ実施ニ関スル事項ヲ規定ス 本細則ニ規定セサル事項ニ関シテハ復員管理官寧宜之ヲ規定スルモノトトス 外地部隊ノ復員ニ関シテハ別ニ之ヲ示ス
