- 俘虜自由散歩及民家居住規則 明治三十八年三月十八日 陸達第二一号 大正三年九月二十一日 陸達第三三号 第一条 俘虜将校同相当者ニシテ逃走ヲ謀ラス且帝国陸軍ノ軍紀風紀上所要ノ宣誓ヲ為シタル者ハ衛戍司令官ニ於テ俘虜収容所外一定ノ地域ヲ限リ自由散歩又ハ民家居住ヲ許可スルコトヲ得但シ民家居住ヲ許可スルハ妻子ト同棲スル等特別ノ事情アル場合ニ限リ予メ陸軍大臣ノ認可ヲ受クヘシ 第二条 前条ノ宣誓ハ書面ヲ以テ為サシヌ其ノ様式ハ附表第一号及第二号ニ依ル宣誓書ハ各二通ヲ作リ俘虜収容所長ノ面前ニ於テ之ニ記名セシヌ一通ハ所長保管シ一通ハ本人ニ交付ス 第三条 自由散歩ヘ書面一定ノ時間ヲ限リ之ヲ許可スルヲ例トシ其ノ時間及散歩地域ハ俘虜収容所長ニ於テ予
