- 陸達第二十号 参謀本部 記布第二三号 三月二十日受領 俘虜自由散歩及民家居住規則左ノ通定ム 明治三十八年三月十八日 陸軍大臣寺内正毅 俘虜自由散歩及民家居住規則 第一条 俘虜将校同相当者ニシテ逃走ヲ謀ラス且帝国陸軍ノ軍紀風紀上所要ノ宣誓ヲ為シタル者ハ衛戍司令官ニ於テ俘虜収容所外一定ノ地域ヲ限リ自由散歩又ハ民家居住ヲ許可スルコトヲ得但シ民家居住ヲ許可スルハ妻子ト同棲スル等特別ノ事情アル場合ニ限リ予メ陸軍大臣ノ認可ヲ受クヘシ 第二条 前条ノ宣誓ハ書面ヲ以テ為サシメ其ノ様式ハ附表第一号及第二号ニ依ル 宣誓書ハ各二通ヲ作リ俘虜収容所長ノ面前ニ於テ之ニ記名セシメ一通ハ所長保管シ一通ハ本人ニ交付ス 第三条
