- 俘受第一五四二号 松山俘虜収容所 秘俘第一号 俘虜人員増加スルニ従ヒ彼等ノ状況ヲ詳細ニ知悉スルノ必要ナルヲ感シ居常彼等ニ親炙スル通訳ヲ会シ其脳裏ニ照映シタル要頃ヲ談話セシメ百般ノ内情ヲ研究シテ害ヲ除キ利ヲ採リ適当ノ処置ヲ為スハ大ニ利益アリト信シ昨十一月三十日午後四時三十分ヲ以テ其第一回ノ会合ヲ試ミ爾来毎水曜日午後四時三十分ヨリ七時迄会合スル事ニ定メタリ 而シテ其談話中糟糠美味悉ク摘記シテ毎回進達ス冀クハ公暇電覧ノ栄ヲ賜ハラン事ヲ 松山俘虜収容所委員長河野春庵 明治三十七年十二月一日 俘虜情報局長官 石本新六殿 吉川通訳 自ラハ近頃多忙ナリシ為メ俘虜ニ直接話ヲ為スコトナカリシ故別ニ話ス為ノ材料ヲ有セズ
