- 陸軍省受領壱第三六二一内務省＠地第五六号 昭和十四年八月七日 内務次官 陸軍次官殿 選挙粛正運動二関スル件 占拠粛清二関シテハ昭和十年第一次運動開始以来種々御配意ニ相成居候処今秋ハ多数府県二於テ府県会議員総選挙有之之ヲ目標トスル今次ノ選挙粛正運動ハ現下時局二鑑ミ府県勢進展ノ活機タラシメ愈々地方行政ノ運営ヲ円滑ニシ自治ノ振興ヲ図リ以テ国運進暢二寄与スルコトト致度特二戦時下二於ケル選挙奉公ノ意義ヲ一般二徹底セシメ選挙犯罪ノ絶滅、棄権ノ防止二努メ自由公正ナル選挙ノ下二銃後国民ノ本分ヲ全フスル様致度二付テハ本趣旨ノ普及並二実行二関シ御協力相煩度得貴意候
