- 満坤第五九九四号 官房 マギー夫人一行ニ対シ謝辞ノ件 別紙ハ秘書官ヨリ大臣閣下差出シアリ 外務大臣ヘ御移牒案 米国当該婦協会会長ドクトル、マギー夫人一行ハ日露開戦ノ当初ヨリ源ク我国ニ同情ヲ寄セ同者ヲ重用我国ニ渡航シ親シク我傷病者ノ当該ニ従事シタキ旨ヲ願出ルニ至レリ政府ハ此ノ至誠等者ヲ成シ戦意ヲ許寄スルヤ自ラ当該婦九名ヲ重用シ目下何本邦ニ若シ為成六ケ月ノ永キ我日本赤十字社ノ指揮監督下ニ於テ陸軍術学勤務ニ従事シ爾＠尉＠至ラサルナク或ハ時ニ親シク戦時ノ病院及露国俘虜患者等ヲ尉問スル等＠＠当仁ノ誠意ハ源ク我傷病者ニ感動ヲ与ヘ延テ帝国陸軍一般ハ源ク米国国民ノ我国ニ対スル同情ヲ感謝シ日露戦争ト其ニ永ク忘却セサル処ニ有之候然ルニ其功績ハ叡聞ニ達シ今般特ニ該一行ニ対シ叙勲ノ恩典ヲ与ヘラレタルニ至ル蓋シ偶然ニアラザル事ト信ジ候本官ハ並ニ帝国陸軍ヲ代表シ該一行及一行ニ対
