- 軍事一乾第三〇号 送第九六号 露国俘虜受領委員ダニロフ中将在本邦同国俘虜ニ対シ帝国ノ優遇ニ付感謝致候旨別紙ノ通本大臣ヘ申陳ヘ候間此段及御通報候也 明治三十九年二月二十日 外務大臣加藤高明 陸軍大臣寺内正毅殿 ダニロフ中将露国俘虜ニ対スル帝国ノ優遇ニ付感謝ノ為メ来話ノ要領 露国ダニロフ中将ハ在帝国ノ俘虜受領ノ為メ来航中ノ処俘虜受渡ノ事務ヲ了シ二月十九日同国臨時代理公使ト同伴シ本大臣ヲ外務省ニ訪問セラレタリ同氏ハ露国ノ俘虜ニ対シ帝国政府及其筋ノ官憲ニ於テ終始懇到克ク歓待セラレ尚ホ国民一般ニ於テモ懇篤ナル同情ヲ表セラレタルハ深ク感謝ニ堪ヘス殊ニ 皇后陛下ハ至仁至慈汎愛ノ情ヲ垂レサセラレ俘虜ノ傷痍者ニ義眼又ハ義足ヲ下シ賜ハリシハ尤モ感荷措ク能ハサル所ナリ其愛恤ノ優恩ニ対シ観謁ノ上拝謝奉ルヘキ筈ナルモ帰朝既ニ迫リ本懐ヲ達する能ハサルハ誠ニ恐懼ノ至ニ任ヘス何卒 皇后陛下ヘ可然言上セラレンコトヲ乞フ
