- 満乾第三三〇八号 楯車採用願ノ件 官房ヨリ牛込区若松町工藤為吉ヘ 楯車採用ノ義ニ付願出之趣＠特ミ至ニ＠処右ハ各部ニ就キ必要ノ修正＠＠＠ヲ領サレハ到底軍用品トシテ使用ノ見込参＠＠＠受一種ノ参考トシテ当省ヘ＠メ置＠＠成候条承知相成度 満發第七一六七号 砲満受第二、二四二号 楯車御採用願 防禦工事ノ設アル敵ノ陣地ニ向ヒ進軍スル際用ル所謂楯車ニシテ其使用タルヤ道路ナキ妨害物ノ多キ拯メテ険悪ナル原野ニ於テ用ルモノナレハ成ルヘク支障物ノ害ヲ避ケンカ為メ車輪一個ヲ用ヒ進軍ノ際ハ第一図ノ如ク弾防板ヲ車輪面ニ添ヘ恰モ弾防板ヲ車輪ト合セタルカ如クナシ狭隘ノ処ト雖＠客易ニ進行セシムルモノトナシ又弾防板ノ下タ両角ヲ削リ取リタルハ障害物ニ觸ル＠モ其削リ取リタル処ヨリ漸々車輪ヲ助
