- 満乾第一一五五号 升楯試験ノ件 満乾第九〇一号 通牒案 官房ヨリ本人へ 本月二十一日附ヲ以テ升楯試験ノ儀出願＠＠＠処右ハ必要無之ニ付願意採用＠＠＠＠＠承＠＠＠＠＠ ＠＠＠満発第二六〇〇号 御願 私儀 金＠半島南山ノ＠ニ＠テ＠ハ鉄条＠ヲ設ケ或ハ塹溝ヲ穿チテ我カ軍ノ突貫ヲ防キ為ニ死傷ヲ出ス数千人ニ及フ＠ニ心＠ヲシテ寒＠ラシムルノ＠アリ自今旅順ニ遼陽ニ敵ノ防備至ラサルナシ我カ兵士ノ生命ヲ損スル决シテ少小ナラサルヘシ何トカシテ之ヲ減少セシムルノ道ナキヤト専心考慮ヲ尽セシニ弾丸ヲ避クルハ我国ノ特産ナル竹ニ如クモノナキヲ覧レク因テ竹楯ナルモノヲ発明致候＠ノ竹楯ハ突貫ノ際使用セハ我カ死傷者ヲ減少ナラシムルコトヲ確信＠在候今日の時局何分之ヲ默止スル能ハス＠ニ付御参考ノ
