- 満乾第八二六号 自在軽気舩調製ノ件 砲満第六七二号 明治三十七年五月 通牒案 官房ヨリ本人ヘ 本月二十六日附ヲ以テ自在軽気舩調製ノ儀出願相成寄特ノ至ニ候得共右ハ必要無之ニ付願意採用不相成候条承知有之度 満發第一八一〇号 自在軽気船調製御願 大阪府大阪市西区阿波座一番丁百四十六番屋敷 発案出願人土井元治郎 慶応三年十月二十七日生 我国ノ軍備ハ目今日ヲ逐フテ進シ方ニ世界ニ重視セラレ其下ニアル我等小民モ亦無上ノ光榮トスル所ナリ従来既ニ軍事上ニ改善ヲ図ラルコト多々アルモ尚一層兵器兵力ノ増進ヲ補ケ戦闘ニ便利ヲ与フルノ必要アリト信ジ候ニ付今回日露ノ交戰セ来 君国ノ御為メ応分ノ力ヲ尽シ度ト業務ノ餘暇絶ヘズ熱心留意シタルニ該品ノ空中ニ縦横上下自在ニ運用シ得ルモノ仮リニ
