- 参第九五二号（四十四年 旅順ロ二○三高地ニ建碑ノ件 指令案（関東都督府経由） 願ノ通 但シ陸軍ニ於テ＠土地ヲ必要トスルニ当リテハ会ニ於テ建設物ヲ棄却又ハ他ノ移転スヘシ 副官ヨリ築城部本部長ヘ通牒案 曩ニ当省工兵課長ヨリ照会致候旅順一町在二○三高地当省用地内ヘ建碑ノ件ニ関シ旅順戦跡保存会総代ヨリ出願ノ趣左記条件ヲ付シ認可相成候条承知相成度候也 左記 三月二十五日 陸軍ニ於テ＠土地ヲ必要トスルニ当リテハ会ニ於テ建設物ヲ棄却又ハ他ニ移転スルコト 副官ヨリ旅順要塞司令官ヘ通牒案（関東都督府経由） 旅順戦跡保存会総代ヨリ別紙写ノ通願候処左記条件ヲ付シ認可相成候条承知相成度候也 追テ図面二葉＠ 陸軍省送達陸普第九六○号 三月二十五日 左記 陸軍ニ於テ＠土地ヲ必要トスルト当リテハ会ニ於テ建設物ヲ棄却又ハ他ニ移転スルコト
