- 甲雜 企画院五部発後第四九号 一第四〇二一号 昭和１５年８月１６日 企画院次長 小畑忠良 陸軍次官 阿南惟幾 国民奢侈生活抑制方策要綱ノ件 首題ノ件本１６日ノ関係省打合会議（内、大、陸、海、文、商、遞、鉄、厚）ニ於テ別紙ノ通決定相成候条之カ実施ニ付テハ特ニ御 力方及御依頼候 極秘 １５、８、１６ 国民奢侈生活抑制方策要綱（関係各少打合会決議） 奢侈品等製造販売制限規則ノ施行ニ呼応シ国民各階層ヲ通ジ奢侈不健全ナル生活ヲ弾圧刷新シ質実剛健ニシテ且ツ明朗ナル新生活様式ヲ執ラシムルノ要緊切ナルモノアリ 仍テ各廰ハ差当リ左記事項ヲ即時実施スル方針ヲ以テ必要ナル法規ノ整備等ヲ行フト共ニ更ニ引續キ研究、準備ヲ進メ一層コレガ強化ニ努ムルモノトス
