- ＃ ＃第二三八一号 防衛課 陸軍秘密書類取扱上ノ注意ニ関スル件 昭和１４年１２月 日 昭和１５年１月１０日 陸密 次官ヨリ陸軍一般ヘ通牒案（甲） 事変逐行下ノ重大時局ニ拘ラス陸軍秘密書類取扱ニ関スル過誤尚頻発續出スルハ深ク憂慮ニ堪ヘサルモノアリ各部隊ハ外諜ノ活動 ニ活溌ヲ加ヘツ、アル現状ニ鑑ミ当該書類ノ取扱ニ関シ軍紀ヲ緊縮スル外特ニ責任觀念ノ振作並ニ防諜觀念ノ向上ヲ図ルト共ニ秘密保護ニ関スル組織及施設ノ完備ニ遣憾ナカラシメ且活溌ナル 視ニ努ムル等防諜措置ヲ更ニ一層強化シ取扱上萬全ヲ期スル如ク配慮相成度依命通牒ス 参考ノ為附表第一、陸軍秘密書類事故調査表、附表第二、軍法会議ニ於ケル陸軍秘密書類ニ関スル軍機保護法
