- (1)満洲 満洲国の終焉と在満邦人の状況 第一節 日ソ開戦前の満洲国内外の情勢 昭和二十年八月九日午前零時、ソ連は突如対日戦を布告し、主として東西両国境方面を突破し、全面的に満洲国に進攻し来り、同夜新京、奉天、ハルピン等の諸都市はソ連飛行機の爆撃を受けた。 国務総理大臣張景恵は、同午前五時頃、武部総務長官、秦関東軍参謀長を伴い、宮中に参進日ソ開戦の事実を奏上した。皇帝は動揺の気色も見せず、全国力を挙げて断乎応戦すべき旨の、固い決意を示された。一方関東軍は午前三時を期し、全隷下部隊にソ連に対し全面的攻撃を下令した。 これより先、大東亜戦の進展に伴い満洲国内外の情勢は、政治、経済、社会前面に亘り、漸次苦悶の度を加え、
