- (附一) 米英支、ポツダム宣言の検討 米、英、支「ポツダム」宣言ノ検討 今次米英支三国ノ「ポツダム」共同宣言ハ其ノ内容必シモ全部ノ点ニ付明白アラザル処右宣言ノ表面ニ現レシ又ハ裏面ニ伏在スル敵側意図ヲ出来得ル限リ明瞭ニ知悉セスガ為「カイロ」宣言、「クリミヤ」宣言等ト対比シツツ之ガ逐条的検討ヲ試ミントス 前文 今次宣言ハ十三項ヨリ成ル処其ノ最初ノ五項ハ宣言ノ前文ヲ構成スルモノト認ムベキモノナリ、右前文ニ於テ敵側＠連合＠ノ威力ヲ誇示シ、独逸完敗ノ前例ヲ指摘シ、日本軍ノ壊滅及日本国土ノ荒廃ノ不可避性ヲ強調シ、本宣言各条項ノ急速且全面的ノ受託ヲ勧告セルモノニシテ、概ネ威嚇的言辞ノ羅列ニ過ギズ、法律的ニハ
