Contents: (１)在本邦中立国代表との接触停止関係総番号六三七四九六三七五一符号平昭和二十年十一月二十日三時主管政在瑞西加瀬公使在葡萄牙森島公使在アフガニスタン七田公使吉田外務大臣合第八七七号 (在本邦中立国代表との接触停止に関する件) 今般連合国最高司令部より在本邦中立国外交代表の存在は連合国の日本本土占領並びに連合国最高司令官の地位の目的及び性質と両立せざるにより最高司令官の許可ある場合を除きこれ等代表との関係を停止すべき旨並びにこれ等代表に対し今後日本政府と交渉の要ある場合は連合国最高司令部に照会する様通報すべき旨の指令ありたるをもつて十九日本大臣より在京瑞西公使及び瑞典代理公使に対しその旨通報せり
