- (７) 覚書 昭二〇、三、二五 加納久朗 司令部トノ諸交渉ニ就テ 退官ニ際シ私見ヲ述ヘ御参考ニ供シマス 第一 一、各省及終連事務当局ガ司令部ノ事務当局及専門家ト話シ合ヒ大体先方ガ納得シタト思ツテモソレハ「インフォーマル・トーク」ダ 二、更ニ「インフォーマル・トーク」ノ結論ノ要旨ヲ「インフォーマル」ノ書キ物トシテ先方ニ「コノ通リダナ」ト云フコトヲ一応念ヲ押スガヨイ 三、ソレデヨイト司令部ガ云フタ時ニ(口頭デヨイ)初メテ正式書面ヲ以テ結論ノ確認ヲ求ムル事 第二 一、民間人ノ通弊ハ司令部事務当局ナリ専門家ナリト話ガ甘ク行キ司令部ガ承認シタトスグ早合点スルコトアリ、シカシコレハ個人非公式意見ナリ 二、又司令部ノ事務家ガ
