- 公第一九二号 大正二年十一月二十五日 在露臨時代理大使 田村七太 外務大臣 牧野伸顕殿 蒙古問題解決ニ関スル新聞論説訳報ノ件 今回蒙古問題ニ関シ露支両国当局者間ト宣言書ノ調印ヲ了ヘ外交文書ノ交換ヲ見タルニ就キ当地ノーウォチ、ウレーミヤ新聞ハ本月二十三日「蒙古ニ関スル露支協約」ト題スル社説ヲ掲ケ這般露支間ノ協定ヲ以テ露蒙支三国ノ関係力確立シタルモノハナシ、近来同紙カ事毎ニ外務省ヲ論難攻撃シタルニ反シ右問題ノ落着ニハ大ナル満足ヲ表シ外務当局者ノ努力ヲ多カレ其成績ニ対シ激賞致居ニ而シク同紙ハ露国ノ対蒙問題カ最早外務省ノ手ヲ放レテ経済的方面ニ転回シタルモノナレハ今後ノ施設ハ大蔵、商工、交通三省ノ力ニ任セサルヘカラスハナシ蒙古ノ経済状態ニ
