- 一二 昭和十年八月二日 在羅馬尼特命全権公使藤田榮介 外務大臣廣田弘毅殿 日本氷上「ホツケー」選手ヲ招待ノ件 羅馬尼ニ於ケル「氷上ホツケー」本年度代表選手団タル羅馬尼「テレフォン・クラブ」氷上「ホツケー」部ハ一九三六年度「オリンピツク」競技ニ参加スベキ日本「ホツケー」選手ヲ其ノ競技地タル独ニGarmisch Partenkirchenニ至ル途中ニ於テ招待シ度キ趣ヲ以テ別紙同封書翰ノ通提議 シ来レリ就テハ右ヲ本邦氷上「ホツケー」協会ニ御転交相成リ其ノ諾否及諾ノ場合ニ於ケル日本側條件等ニ付キ直接同「クラブ、ホツケー」部ニ回答セシメラルナリ又ハ当館迄通知越サルル様御取計相成度シ 尚同「クラブ」ハ日本選手一行ガ印度洋経由渡欧スルモノト
