- 明治1年5月~明治2年10月 五月十三日差出ス 宗対馬守殿 朝鮮国ノ儀旧幕府ノ砌ハ諸接待方其藩ヘ委任相成居候儀ノ処今般追々諸般ノ制典被為挙行候ニ付テハ改テ条約御取結ノ積ニ付追々申達候儀モ可有之其段可被心得候事 一 右御用ニ付大小ノ事トナク不時ニ御尋ノ儀可有之候間家来共ノ内朝鮮国ノ事情明細ニ相心得即答出来候者ヘ両人東京在勤可被申付事 一 朝鮮国当今ノ動静国王ヨリ下モ庶民ニ至ル迄巨細取調可被申立候事 一 同国官職其他制度ノ書類有之ヘク候間取調可被差出候事 一 同国地図物産ノ大概並広ク日本ト貿易相開候上ハ取引可相成品ノ見込其藩ノモノ心得居可申候間銘々無遠慮献言可致候事 一 朝鮮国通詞ノモノ当時其学科熟達ノ輩有之候ハハ御用ノ儀モ可有之並名面取調可被申立候事 右ノ段申達候也 五月
