- 三四修正案ノ内其休戦効力ヲ南征軍即チ臺湾諸島ニモ及ホサムトノ要求ヲ除クノ外其他重要ナラサル箇条ハ総テ彼カ提案ヲ容ルヽコトヲ諾シ僅々半日ノ間ニ之ヲ結了シ翌二十九日伊藤全権カ下ノ関ニ帰着シタルニ及ヒ余カ清国使臣ト会商了結シタル成案ヲ示シ遂ニ明治二十八年三月三十日ヲ以テ両国全権大臣ハ式ニ依リ之ニ記名調印シタリ 第十八章 下ノ関談判（下） 休戦条約訂結ノ後李鴻章ハ荐ニ講和談判ニ取懸ラムコトヲ促シタリ曩ニ余カ彼ト休戦条約ニ付テ談判セシ時ニモ彼ハ病中自ラ会議所ニ出席スル能ハサレトモ若シ其旅館ニ就キ会商スルコトヲ得ハ何時ニテモ之ニ応スヘク又旅館ニ於テ会商スルコトニ故障アリトスレハ先ツ講和条約案ヲ一閲シテ彼此書面ヲ以テ議定スルヲ得ヘク兩様孰レニテモ速ニ談判ヲ開始セムコトヲ請ヘリ
