- オリンピツク選手村等問題の処理方針 （昭和３６年１０月２４日 閣議決定案） １、ワシントンハイツおよびリンカンセンターの全域と、キヤンプ朝霞の桃手地区の一部を、米軍より返還を受けること。 ２、オリンピツク選手村および屋内競技場は、ワシントンハイツに設けること。 ３、前記返還を受ける地域に現存する米軍施設は、調布水耕農園地域に移転すること。 ４、選手村の設置計画の変更にかかわらず、 （１）既定の道路計画は、これを推進すること。 （２）ワシントンハイツ地区は、オリンピツク東京大会の終了後、これを森林公園に転用すること。 （３）返還を受けたキヤンプ朝霞の桃手地区の利用については、地元の要望をじゆうぶんに考慮すること。
