- オリンピック東京大会の準備等のために必要な特別措置に関する法律案（この法律の趣旨）第一条この法律は、昭和三十九年に開催されるオリンピック東京大会（以下「大会」という。）の円滑な準備及び運営並びに大会に備えての選手の競技技術の向上（以下「大会の準備等」という。）に資するため必要な特別措置について定めるものとする。（国の補助）第二条国は、大会の準備及び運営を行なうことを目的とする政令で定める法人（以下「大会運営者」という。）に対し、大会の準備又は運営に要する経費について、予算の範囲内において、その一部を補助することができる。（国有財産の無償使用）第三条国は、政令で定めるところにより、大会運営者が大会の準備又は
