- 昭和三十二年十一月十二日 スポーツ振興審議会 会長 大浜信泉 内閣総理大臣 岸信介殿 東京オリンピック準備のための施設用地の確保について（要望） オリンピツク大会東京都招致については、さきに本審議会より答申した趣旨に沿つて、政府においては、その対策を講ずることと思うが、とくに施設用地の確保は緊急重要であり、速やかに適切な措置を講ずる必要があるものと考える。 この場合、明治神宮外苑周辺地域はスポーツの総合施設用地として、最も適当であるから、優先的にこれに充てるよう配慮されることが望ましい。 右要望する。
