- Summary
- お年玉つき郵便葉書等の発売に関する法律（案） 第一條 郵政省は、くじびきによりお年玉として金品をつける郵便葉書（以下「お年玉つき郵便葉書」という。）を発行することができる。 ２ 前項の金品の金額及び価格の総額は、お年玉つき郵便葉書の発行総額の百分の五に相当する額をこえてはならない。 第二條 郵政省は、慈善、＠＠人又は＠＠の事業を行う団体に対する寄付金を郵便に関する料金に加算した額の郵便切手又は郵便葉書を発売することができる。 ２ 前項の団体は、郵政大臣が、郵政審議会にはかつて指定する。 ３ 第一項の郵便切手又は郵便葉書には、同項の団体の名称又は記事及び寄付金の額を明確に表示しなければならない。 ４ 郵便局、簡易郵便局又は郵便切手類売さばき所において第一項の郵便切手又は郵便葉書を購入した者は、
