- 昭和二十一年三月十五日 聯合軍用宿舎等建設要綱(二一、＠＠＠戦災復興院) 聯合軍最高司令官ノ要求ニ依ル宿舎其ノ他ノ建造物及設備ノ営繕並ニ備品ノ調達ニ関スル実施事務ハ概ネ左ノ要領ニ依ルモノトス 一 建設工事ニ関スル綜合的調整ノ立案及実施ハ聯合軍司令部ノ指示ニ基キ戦災復興院之ニ当ル 二 工事ノ具体的実施ハ戦災復興院ノ指示監督ノ下ニ地方長官ノ責任ニ於テ地方庁之ニ当ル 三 本件実施ニ要スル労務ノ提供ニ関シテハ厚生省ニ於テ輸送ノ実施ニ関シテハ運輸省ニ於テ責任ヲ以テ之ガ完遂ニ当ル 四 ＠件実施ニ必要ナル資材及備品ノ生産並ニ調達ハ物資別ニ夫々商工省又ハ農林省ニ於テ責任ヲ以テ所要数量ノ供給ニ当ル 五 資材及備品ノ生産並調達ノ発註ハ
