- 昭和１８年秘発第４３７号起案昭和十八年六月五日施行六月七日通牒案戦時衣生活簡素化実施要綱別紙ノ通本年六月四日閣議決定相成候条此段及通牒候也内閣閣甲第一六九号昭和十八年六月四日内閣書記官長星野直樹商工大臣岸信介殿戦時衣生活簡素化実施要綱別紙ノ通閣議決定相成候条命ニ依リ通牒ニ及ビ候第一方針国民衣生活ノ簡素化ヲ徹底シ士気ノ昂揚、体位ノ向上ヲ図リ戦時生活ノ強化刷新ニ資スルト共ニ繊維品ノ現状ニ鑑ミ衣料資材ノ節約ヲ図ルモノトス第二要領一、織物ニ付テハ其ノ種類、規格ヲ極度ニ純化シ概ネ全面的ナル指定生産制ヲ実施スルコトニ依リ高級品及不要不急品ノ生産ヲ極力圧縮スルコトトシ特ニ左ノ点ニ付考慮ス(一）着尺用絹織物ニ付テハ努メテ大衆需要品タル銘仙級ニ生産ヲ集中スルコト
