- 逓甲九九明治三十三年三月一日別紙両院ノ議決ヲ経タル郵便法案ヲ審査スルニ右ハ貴族院議長上奏ノ通裁可ヲ奏請セラレ可然ト認ム法律案朕帝国議会ノ協賛ヲ経タル郵便方ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム御名御璽明治三十三年三月十二日内閣総理大臣逓信大臣法律第五十一号上奏案ノ通逓甲九九郵便法案右衆議院ノ議決ヲ経タル政府提出案本院ニ於テ可決セリ依テ御執奏相成度議院法第三十一条ニ依リ此段申進候也明治三十三年二月二十日貴族院議長公爵近衛篤麿内閣総理大臣伯爵山縣有朋殿貴族院ハ両院ノ議ヲ経タル郵便法案ノ裁可ヲ奏請ス明治三十三年二月二十日貴族院議長公爵近衛篤麿郵便法第一条郵便ハ政府之ヲ管掌ス第二条何人ト雖信書ノ発達ヲ営業ト為スコトヲ得ス運送営業者及其ノ使用人ハ
