- 閣甲第三〇三号 起案 昭和十九年十二月七日 閣議決定 昭和十九年十二月八日 別紙高等試験ノ停止ニ関スル件 右閣議ニ供ス 高等試験ノ停止ニ関スル件(案) (昭和拾九年十一月八日) 一、高等試験ハ当分ノ内之ヲ停止スルコト(別紙勅令案参照) 二、高等試験ノ停止ニ伴ヒ奏任文官ノ任用資格ニ付左ノ如キ措置ヲ講ズルコト (１) 昭和十八年又ハ高等試験ヲ行ハザル年ニ於テ各庁ニ幹部ノ候補者トシテ採用セラレタル者ニシテ奏任文官銓衡委員会(別紙勅令案参照)ノ銓衡ヲ経タルモノハ文官任用令ノ適用ニ付テハ之ヲ高等試験行政科試験ニ合格シタル者ト看做スコト (２) 昭和十七年以前ニ於テ各庁ニ幹部ノ候補者トシテ採用セラレ採用後召集又ハ徴集セラレタルニ因リ高等試験
