- 厚甲一四 昭和十五年四月九日 別紙両院ノ議決ヲ経タル国民優生法案ヲ審査スルニ右ハ貴族院議長上奏ノ通裁可ヲ奏請セラレ可然ト認ム 法律案 朕帝国議会ノ協賛ヲ経タル国民優生法ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 御名 御璽 昭和十五年四月三十日 内閣総理大臣 厚生大臣 法律第百七号 上奏案ノ通 国民優生法案 右衆議院ノ議決ヲ経タル政府提出案本院ニ於テ可決セリ依テ御執奏相成度議院法第三十一条ニ依リ此段申進候也 昭和十五年三月二十六日 貴族院議長伯爵松平頼寿 内閣総理大臣米内光政殿 貴族院ハ両院ノ議ヲ経タル国民優生法案ノ裁可ヲ奏請ス 昭和十五年三月二十六日 貴族院議長伯爵松平頼寿 国民優生法 第一条 本法ハ悪質ナル遺伝性疾患ノ素質ヲ
