- 商甲八六 昭和十二年九月二十一日裁可 昭和十二年九月二十二日公布 昭和十二年九月二十一日 別紙商工大臣請議百貨店組合令制定ノ件 ヲ審査スルニ右ハ相当ノ儀ト思考ス依テ請議ノ通閣議決定セラレ可然ト認ム 勅令案 朕百貨店組合令ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 御名御璽 昭和十二年九月二十四日 内閣総理大臣 商工大臣 呈案附箋ノ通 法制局商第九二号 百貨店法施行ノ為百貨店組合令制定ノ必要有之別紙勅令案及理由書ヲ具シ此段閣主何期ヲ請フ 昭和十二年九月十六日 商工大臣 吉野信次 内閣総理大臣 公爵 近衛文麿殿 勅令第五百三十四号 百貨店組合令 第一条 本令ニ於テ組合ト称スルハ百貨店法第七条又ハ第八条ノ規定ニ依リ設立スル
