大甲八四 昭和十一年五月二十六日公布 別紙大蔵逓信鉄道拓務四大臣請議一般会計歳出ノ財源ニ充ツル為特別会計ニ属スル資金ノ繰替使用等ニ関スル法律案ヲ審査スルニ右ハ相当ノ儀ト思想ス依テ請議ノ通閣議決定帝国議会ニ提出セラレ可然ト認ム 法律案 呈案ノ通 昭和十一年度一般会計歳出ノ財源ニ充ツル為特別会計ニ属スル資金ノ繰替使用等ニ関スル法律案 右 勅旨ヲ奉ジ帝国議会ニ提出ス 昭和十一年五月四日 衆ヘ 内閣総理大臣 大蔵大臣 逓信大臣 鉄道大臣 拓務大臣 法制局大第二五号 官房秘第二九号 一般会計歳出ノ財源ニ充ツル為特別会計ニ属スル資金ヲ繰替使用シ又ハ特別会計ヨリ一般会計ヘ繰入金ヲ為スノ必要アルヲ以テ之ガ法律案ヲ第六十九回帝国議会ニ提出セントス
