- 外甲第五六号 起案 昭和二十六年十一月十九日 閣議決定 昭和二十六年十一月二十日 上奏 昭和二十六年十一月二十七日 御下付(附) 昭和〃年〃月〃日 公布 昭和二十六年十一月二十八日 別紙衆議院議長奏上の旅券法公布の件は、奏上のとおり公布を奏請することといたしたい。旅券法をここに公布する。御名 御璽 昭和二十六年十一月二十八日 内閣総理大臣 法律第二百六十七号 (奏上のとおり。) 法務総裁 外務大臣 内閣総理大臣 国会は旅券法の公布を奏上いたします。昭和二十六年十一月十七日 衆議院議長林譲治 衆議院事務総長大池真 旅券法 (目的) 第一条 この法律は、旅券の発給、効力その他旅券に関し必要な事項を定めることを目的とする。(定義) 第二条 この法律において、左の各号に掲げる用語の意義は、それぞれ当該各号に定めるところによる。
