- 商甲三八 別紙貴族院議長奏請に係る臨時物資需給調整法案を審査したところ、右は両院議決の通り閣議決定の上上奏せらるべきものと認める。 法律案 別紙の通り 上諭案 朕は、帝国議会の協賛を経た臨時物資需給調整法を裁可しここにこれを公布せしめる。 御名 御璽 昭和二十一年九月三十日 内閣総理大臣 大蔵大臣 厚生大臣 農林大臣 商工大臣 運輸大臣 法律第三十二号 商第四十二号九月二十七日 臨時物資需給調整法案 右衆議院ノ議決ヲ経タル政府提出案本院ニ於テ可決セリ依テ御執奏相成度議院法第三十一条ニ依リ此段申進候也 昭和二十一年九月二十七日 貴族院議長公爵徳川家正 内閣総理大臣吉田茂殿 貴族院ハ両院ノ議ヲ経タル臨時物資需給調整法案
