- 閣甲一二一号 起案 昭和二十一年十月二十九日 閣議決定 昭和二十一年十月二十九日 裁可 昭和二十一年十月三十日 施行 昭和二十一年十一月三日公布 帝国議会において修正を加へた帝国憲法改正案 右枢密院の御諮詢を経て御下付になつたので勅命を奉じ、同院上奏のとほり上奏せられてよいものと認める。上諭案 朕は、日本国民の総意に基いて、新日本建設の礎が、定まるに至つたことを、深くよろこび、枢密顧問の諮詢及び帝国憲法第七十三条による帝国議会の議決を経た帝国憲法の改正を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。御名 御璽 昭和二十一年十一月三日 内閣総理大臣 各国務大臣 (枢密院上奏のとほり) 臣等帝国議会において修正を加へた帝国憲法
