- 台湾蕃地事件 左院書記官 大山綱良謹白琉球国昔ヨリ 本邦ニ服属シ甚タ恭順ヲ尽ス然レトモ其国遠ク南海ノ中ニ在リ其俗固陋ヲ免レス 皇朝一新ノ時ニ至テモ其風及ヒ難キヲ以テ今春県下士族伊地知壮之丞其他二名ニ命シ喩スニ朝廷ノ意ヲ以シ陋習ヲ変革セシム国王亦能ク其意ヲ奉体シ日ニ開化ニ赴ク然ルニ琉球属島宮古島人去冬台湾ニ漂ス舟中六十人中別紙報告ノ如ク暴殺ス残虐ノ罪暫ク容ル可カラス因テ今伊地知壮之丞ニ命シ入朝シテ詳ニ其事ヲ奏聞ス伏シテ願クハ綱良 皇威ニ仗リ問罪ノ師ラ興シ彼ヲ征セント欲ス故ニ謹テ軍艦ヲ借リ直ニ彼カ巣窟ヲ指シ其巨魁ヲ殲シ上ニハ皇威ヲ海外ニ張リ下ニハ島民ノ怨魄ヲ慰セント欲ス伏テ其乞ヲ許サレンコトヲ願 壬申七月二十八日 鹿児島県参事 大山綱良 頓首再拝 宮古島六十九人乗ノ船台湾ヘ漂着十二人
