- 起案 昭和十二年十一月十三日 警保局警発甲第一四〇号 案 局長名 各庁府県長官宛 興行取締ニ関スル件 近時ニ於ケル演劇、レビユー、漫才、落語、紙芝居等興行ノ内容ヲ見ルニ、其ノ間往々民衆ノ嗜好ニ迎合セントスルノ余リ、娯楽ノ本質ヲ没却シテ低調卑俗ニ陥リ廃頽悖倫ニ渉ルモノ無キニ非ズ、又支那事変発生後ハ之ニ取材セルモノ著シキ数ニ達セル所ナルガ、其ノ内容ヲ見ルニ概ネ粗雑ニシテ動モスレバ安価ナル感激ヲ唆リ徒ラニ対支感情ヲ激発シテ禍根ヲ将来ニ貽スガ如キモノ、或ハ戦争反対戦争嫌悪ノ念ヲ起サシムルガ如キモノ、或ハ事変ニ対ス
