- 朕枢密顧問ノ諮詢ヲ経テ外務省官制中改正ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 昭和二十年八月二十六日 内閣総理大臣稔彦王 外務大臣兼大東亜大臣重光葵 勅令第四百八十二号 外務省官制中左ノ通改正ス 第一条第一項但書ヲ削リ同項ノ次ニ左ノ一項ヲ加フ 外務大臣ハ関東局及南洋庁ニ関スル事務ヲ統理ス 同条第二項中「前項」ヲ「第一項」ニ改ム 第三条中「十九人」ヲ「三十五人」ニ改ム 第四条中「四局」ヲ「五局」ニ、「戦時経済局」ヲ「経済局」ニ改メ「調査局」ノ次ニ「管理局」ヲ加フ 同条ニ左ノ二項ヲ加フ 管理局ノ局務ヲ分掌スル為外務大臣ノ定ムル所ニ依リ部ヲ置クコトヲ得 前項ノ部ヲ置キタル場合ニ於テハ部長ハ参事官ヲ以テ之ニ充ツ 第七条中「戦時経済局ニ於テハ戦時ニ於ケル」ヲ「経済局ニ於テハ」ニ改ム
