- 明治三十年十月廿九日 外乙百六十五 外務大臣通牒朝鮮国々号改称ノ件ニ付本邦駐箚同国特命全権公使李夏榮ヨリノ通牒 右高覧ニ供ス 送第三二五号 朝鮮国々号改称ノ件ニ付本邦駐剳同国特命全権公使李夏榮ヨリ別紙写之通リ通牒ニ接シ候間此段御通知申進候也 明治三十年十月廿八日 外務大臣伯爵大隈重信 内閣総理大臣伯爵松方正義殿 写 照会第七号 大韓国特命全権公使李夏榮為照会事照得本月二十二日接到我外部大臣訓令内開本月十三日改国号為韓頒詔等因前来拠此声照請煩貴大臣査照須即奏聞可也須至照会者右照会 大日本国外務大臣伯爵大隈重信閣下光武元年十月二十五日 外務大臣上奏朝鮮国国号改称ノ件 右謹テ奏ス 明治三十年十月三十日 内閣総理大臣伯爵松方正義
