- 三十七年十月十九日修正決議 俘虜ノ処罰ニ関スル件 朕並ニ緊急ノ必要アリト認メ枢密顧問ノ諮詢ヲ経テ帝国憲法第八条ニ依リ俘虜ノ処罰ニ関スル件ヲ裁可シ之ヲ公布セシム 御名 御璽 年 月 日 内閣総理大臣 各省大臣 勅令第 号 第一条 俘虜監督者監視者又ハ護送者ニ対シ反抗若ハ暴行ノ所為アル者ハ重禁獄ニ処シ其ノ情軽キ者ハ六月以上五年以下ノ軽禁固ニ処ス 第二条 俘虜多衆共謀シテ逃走又ハ前条ノ所為アル者ハ首魁ハ死刑ニ処ス其ノ他ノ者ハ有期徒刑ニ処シ其ノ情軽キモノハ重禁獄ニ処ス 第三条 俘虜宣誓ニ背ク者ハ重禁獄ニ処シ其ノ宣誓ニ背キ兵器ヲ操リ抗敵スル者ハ死刑ニ処ス 第四条 本令ノ規定ハ国際慣例ニ従フコトヲ妨ケス 付則 本令ハ発布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
