- 統監府及理事庁官制 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣伯爵桂太郎 勅令第 号 統監府及理事庁官制 第一條 韓国京城ニ統監府ヲ置ク 第二條 統監府ニ統監ヲ置ク 統監ハ親任トス 統監ハ天皇ニ直隷シ外交ニ関シテハ外務大臣ニ由リ内閣総理大臣ヲ経其ノ他ノ事務ニ関シテハ内閣総理大臣ヲ経テ上奏ヲ為シ及制可ヲ受ク 第三條 統監ハ韓国ニ於テ帝国政府ヲ代表シ帝国駐剳外国代表者ヲ経由スルモノヲ除クノ外韓国ニ於ケル外国領事官館及外国人ニ関スル事務ヲ統轄シ併セテ韓国ノ施政事務ニシテ外国人ニ関係アルモノヲ監督ス 統監ハ條約ニ基キ韓国ニ於テ帝国官憲及公署ノ施行スヘキ諸般ノ政務
