- 講和条約 別約 議定書 追加休戦定約 御批准書 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレンコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣伯爵伊藤博文 講和条約並附属諸条約 大日本国皇帝陛下及大清国皇帝陛下ハ両国及其ノ臣民ニ平和ノ幸福ヲ回復シ且将来紛議ノ端ヲ除クコトヲ欲シ講和条約ヲ訂結スル為メニ大日本国皇帝陛下ハ内閣総理大臣従二位勲一等伯爵伊藤博文外務大臣従二位勲一等子爵陸奥宗光ヲ大清国皇帝陛下ハ太子太傅文華殿大学士北洋大臣直隷総督一等粛毅伯李鴻章ニ品頂戴前出使大臣李経方ヲ各其ノ全権大臣ニ任命セリ因テ各全権大臣ハ互ニ其ノ委任状ヲ示シ其ノ良好妥当ナルヲ認メ以テ左ノ諸条款ヲ協議決定セリ 第一条 清国ハ朝鮮国ノ完全無欠ナル独立自主ノ国タルコトヲ確認ス
