- 供覧 内閣書記官 満蒙問題関係ノ重要条約摘要 （一）露支同盟密約 千八百九十六年五月 （本密約は一八九六年五月露帝載冠式ニ参列セル李鴻章カ「プリンス、ロバノフ」ト聖彼得堡ニ於テ締結シタルモノニシテ密約ノ有効期間ヲ経タル後李鴻章ノ息ニシテ駐英支那公使李経邁カ倫敦ノ「デイリーテレグラフ」ニ於テ発表セルモノナリ詳細ハ歌文ノ注ヲ参照スヘシ） 第一条 東方亜細亜ニ於ケル露西亜国領土ニ対スルト又ハ支那国若ハ朝鮮国に対スルトチ問ハス日本国ノ企ツル一切ノ侵略ハ必然的ニ本条約ノ即時適用ヲ招致スルモノト之ヲ認ム 右ノ場合両締約国ハ其ノ当時両締約国カ使用シ得ル一切ノ陸軍軍ヲ以テ相互ニ支持シ且各締約国ノ兵力ニ対スル糧食供給ノ為成ルヘク多クノ援助ヲ為スコトヲ約ス
