- 銅像等ノ非常回収実施要綱右閣議ニ供ス 通牒案 昭和十八年三月五日 内閣書記官長 各省大臣 企画院総裁 情報局総裁 技術院総裁 会計検査院長 宛（各通） 銅像等ノ非常回収実施要綱本日別紙ノ通閣議決定相成候条命ニ依リ通牒ニ及ビ候 極秘 銅像等ノ非常回収実施要綱（案） 一八、三、五 企画院 ＠迫セル銅ノ需給状況ニ鑑ミ凡有ノ施策ヲ講ジ供給力ノ増加ヲ図ルノ要緊切ナル処之ガ一方策トシテ此際既設及製作中ノモノヲ問ハズ銅像等ノ非常回収ヲ即時断行スルモノトシ併セテ本措置ニ依リ戦争完遂ニ対スル国民ノ士気ヲ一層＠固ニシ以テ決戦体制ノ確立ニ資セントス 要領 第一 回収ノ対象 回収ノ対象ハ銅像（胸像ヲ含ム）及銅碑トス
