- 明治三十六年度海軍臨時艦艇製造費概算及之ニ関連ノ法律案 追テ法律案ハ形式ヲ具ヘテ更ニ閣議ヘ提出相成然ルヘシ 右閣議ニ供ス 秘第九九八号 曩ニ明治二十九年度ヨリ同三十八年度ニ渉ル継続事業トシテ海軍ノ拡張ヲ画策シ漸次竣成ヲ告ケントスルニ際シ茲ニ東洋ノ形勢ニ顧ミルトキハ将来ニ於ケル帝国ノ勢力ヲ維持スルカ為メ更ニ一層ノ拡張ヲ為スノ必要アリ依テ明治三十六年度以降十箇年ヲ期シ現在ノ勢力ニ対シ更ニ必要ノ艦艇ヲ増加シ及之ニ伴フ陸上ノ設備ヲ完フセントス 右ノ経画ヲ実行スル為ニ要スル所ノ経費ノ総額ハ九千九百八十六万三百五円二銭一厘ニシテ之ニ着手ヨリ四十六年度マテノ経常維持費及補充積立金千五百十三万九千三百二十七円五十六銭
