- 条約第十二号 朕樞密顧問ノ諮詢ヲ経テ昭和十八年十月十四日「マニラ」ニ於テ帝国全權委員ガ「フィリピン」国全權委員ト共ニ署名調印シタル日本国「フィリピン」国間同盟条約ヲ批准シ茲ニ附属文書ト共ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣兼陸軍大臣 東条英機 海軍大臣 嶋田繁太郎 大東亞大臣 青木一男 外務大臣 重光葵 日本国「フィリピン」国間同盟条約 大日本帝国天皇陛下及「フィリピン」共和国大統領ハ 日本国ガ「フィリピン」国ヲ独立国家トシテ承認スルコトニ決シタルニ因リ 兩国相互ニ善隣トシテ其ノ自主獨立ヲ尊重シツツ緊密ニ協力シテ道義ニ其ク大東亜ヲ建設シ以テ世界全般ノ平和ニ貢献センコトヲ期シ確乎不動ノ決意ヲ以テ之ガ障害タル一切ノ禍根ヲ芟除センコトヲ欲シ之ガ為同盟条約ヲ締
