- 勅令第七百二十五号 朕国民服令ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣公爵 近衛文麿 厚生大臣 金光庸夫 拓務大臣 秋田清 国民服令 大日本帝国男子ノ国民服（以下国民服ト稱ス）ノ制式ハ別表第一ニ依ル 国民服ハ從来背廣服其ノ他ノ平常服ヲ著用シタル場合ニ著用スルヲ例トス 国民服礼装ハ国民服ヲ著用シ国民服儀礼章ヲ佩ブルモノトス 国民服儀礼章ノ制式ハ別表第二ニ依ル 国民服礼装ハ從来燕尾服、フロックコート、モーニングコート其ノ他之ニ相当スル礼服ヲ著用シタル場合ニ著用スルヲ例トス 国民服礼装ニハ佩用ニ関スル規程ニ從ヒ勳章、記章及褒章ヲ佩用スルコトヲ得 本令ノ制式ニ依ラザル服又ハ徽章若ハ飾章ハ其ノ名稱中ニ国民服又ハ国民服儀礼章ノ文字ヲ用フルコトヲ得ズ 附則 本
