- 勅令第五百十九号 朕女子挺身勤労令ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣 小磯国昭 軍需大臣 藤原銀次郎 内務大臣 大達茂雄 厚生大臣 廣瀬久忠 女子挺身勤労令 勤労常時要員トシテノ女子（学徒勤労令ノ適用ヲ受クベキ者ヲ除ク）ノ隊組織（以下女子挺身隊ト称ス）ニ依ル勤労協力ニ関スル命令ニシテ国家総動員法第五条ノ規定ニ基クモノ並ニ当該命令ニ依ル勤労協力ヲ為スベキ者及女子挺身隊ニ依ル従業ヲ為ス者ノ雇入、使用、就業、従業又ハ給与其ノ他ノ従業条件ニ関スル命令ニシテ同法第六条ノ規定ニ基クモノニ関シテハ本令ノ定ムル所ニ依ル 国家総動員法第五条ノ規定ニ依ル命令ニ依リ女子ガ女子挺身隊ニ依リ為ス勤労協力（以下挺身勤労ト称ス）ハ国、地方公共団体又ハ厚生大臣若ハ地方長官
